DATA NAVIGATION

The science is being investigated across a wide range of therapeutic applications

The OBJ active drug delivery system has been shown to be effective in a number of in vivo and in vitro studies.

In a blinded placebo controlled human pilot study by Curtin University, investigators found that Dermaportation increased the speed of onset of the local anaesthetic Tetracaine in all volunteer subjects. The data suggests that less drug is needed for efficacy when compared with standard administration.

In addition, Dermaportation has been found to be effective in a pilot study involving non-healing and a separate study involving acute superficial burns.

OBJ continues to work with specific drug candidates and with pharmaceutical partners in the development of delivery solutions that meet a range of pharmaceutical and clinical requirements.
